On July 15, 2015, Misty Croslin signed a MOTION FOR POST CONVICTION RELIEF. On March 4, 2016, Florida media outletNews4Jax reported, “Misty Cummings appeals drug conviction, sentence - Teenager was last person to see Haleigh Cummings alive”. Ground Four of Croslin’s Motion: COUNSEL WAS INEFFECTIVE FOR FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT ENTRAPMENT A PLEA DEFENSE. Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, is preparing an Amicus Brief regarding Croslin’s Motion. Following Misty Croslin’s arrest for drug trafficking, Timothy Holmseth, an investigative journalist was contacted by Croslin’s lawyer, Attorney Robert Fields, and the two spoke in-depth regarding Croslin and the extended situation. Timothy Holmseth has evidence that Attorney Fields did in fact know Misty Croslin was the target of a plot that would include entrapment. Timothy Holmseth has evidence Misty Croslin was in fact entrapped. Timothy Holmseth has evidence the same individuals that conspired to entrap Misty Croslin have consistently threatened to kidnap, mutilate, and murder him (Timothy Holmseth) and/or his children and/or grandchild if he does not stay silent and remove his expository publications from the Web. Timothy Holmseth has evidence the aforementioned conspirators consist, in part, of specific government employees, as well as the very individuals that kidnapped, raped, and produced child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Timothy Holmseth possesses evidence Misty Croslin has first-hand knowledge of child pornography created of HaLeigh Cummings. Evidence regarding the child pornography is already in the possession of Florida Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi. Timothy Holmseth has evidence that select officers with the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota have known about the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings and conspired with the pornographers to conceal the federal crime from the FBI. Timothy Holmseth has irrefutable proof, in the form of media, documents, and surveillance photos that the conspirators consist in part of a drug trafficking operation that sought to cover drug felonies committed by members of the following government agencies in Florida.
